My name is Andy, and I am the person behind dersyfilms. I fell in love with the process of storytelling and ever since I bought my first camera I never stopped creating.

As a video editor, my mission is to bring a level of creativity, passion, and storytelling to each new project I take on. Bringing stories to life with attention to detail and captivating audiences, while striving to improve my own set of skills to produce the highest quality product I can make. I’ve had the pleasure of working with amazing people and brands all across North America, and have brought many stories to life in short-form content and am currently pursuing longer-form.

I have freelanced as a Video editor for the past 4 years and recently have decided to enroll in the post-graduate program at Humber College to pursue a larger path into the film and TV industry. I have experience working in Adobe Premiere Pro workflows and Davinci Resolve Color grading while being proficient in AVID Media Composer and Pro Tools.

I hope to leave a lasting impression on people who watch my work and I want to carry that mindset with every new experience and opportunity.
